731-How America Exploited Japan's Biological Weapons Crimes is a feature documentary that exposes Japan’s biological weapons crimes and the U.S. military’s indefensible decision to give legal immunity to war criminals in exchange for scientific data gathered from the torture and murder of POWs and innocent civilians.

About Director Paul Johnson
Paul Johnson is an award-winning broadcast journalist and documentary filmmaker. He has reported from conflict zones in Bosnia and Afghanistan, across North America, and covered politics in Washington D.C. and Beijing. His numerous films have been watched around the world and his news reports on important stories of the day can be seen on the Global TV network of Canada. He lives in Washington State.
